2- Book your days based on YOUR schedule

Partment allows every co-owner the flexibility to book their stays up to 2 years in advance. In order to ensure fair and transparent access among all co-owners, we have 2 main rules based on seasonality and holiday periods/key event dates which we refer to as "star durations''. Our goal here is to maximize the freedom each co-owner has when it comes to scheduling but also ensure the process is equitable.

3- Enjoy your independence and returns

Partment’s innovative framework ensures each co-owner has the ability to buy and sell his or her shares independently after passing the minimum share holding period of 12 months. Every Partment property is carefully selected to maximize the possibility of a return on investment for its co-owners through asset appreciation. Each co-owner decides the price they sell their share at like any other real estate transaction. Partment then lists the share back on our platform to maximize its sellability. 

4- Buy based on usage and budget

With Partment, you have the ability to buy the number of shares that suits your needs. You can own from 1 and up to 4 shares of the same property. Only looking to spend a couple of days per year? You can buy 1 share and rent out your unused days. Do you dream of retiring or working remotely from Gouna or any other destination? You can buy up to 4 shares i.e. 50% of the property.

5- Split costs

Why carry the burden of the upfront costs and monthly bills alone? With our model, you will save money by sharing these various costs with your fellow co-owners making investment in a vacation home significantly more affordable.
